The Firm has a unique group of sophisticated and experienced business lawyers. The four senior level attorneys (Burton H. Fohrman, Malcolm Manwell, Roger Illsley, and Jeremy Olsan) have more than 115 years of combined business law practice experience. Mr. Manwell counsels individuals and business entities, and has litigated business, real estate and family law matters for 25 years. He heads up the firm's business law group. Mr. Fohrman has provided world wide representation of multinational clients, and has represented governments, US and international companies and investors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He has been a resident partner in London, Hanoi and Tokyo as partner in two of the world's largest multinational law firms. Mr. Illsley has handled a wide variety of real estate, business and corporate matters. In addition, Mr. Illsley has been on the faculty of Empire College School of Law for the past 20 years, teaching classes in Commercial Law and Contracts. Mr. Olsan has represented clients in many significant business and related real estate transactions, and works extensively with not-for-profit corporations, real estate brokerage firms, and other businesses in entity formation, governance, financing, and business purchases and sales.
